The following terms and conditions apply to all orders. They are recognized with the placing of the order, unless they have been modified or supplemented by written agreements.

Our offers are made without engagement and are limited in time according to the respective specifications.

We are not subject to VAT, so the prices of all products and services are VAT free.

The prices for lectures, seminars and trainings are to be paid (unless otherwise agreed) before the beginning of the event.

The prices for the products are payable within 10 days after receipt of the goods. Deliveries abroad are made against advance payment.

Customers will be supplied on account only after prior address and creditworthiness check.

We will always endeavor to meet carefully calculated delivery deadlines even if unforeseeable difficulties arise. However, we cannot give any guarantee for this. Compliance with the delivery deadlines also presupposes that the customer fulfills his obligations, such as e.g. notification of specifications, in due time.

Our warranty extends from the date of delivery to all defects occurring within the agreed warranty period which can be proven to have their cause in material defects or faulty manufacture. However, our warranty is limited, at our option, to replacement or repair of the defective products or components or to reimbursement of the invoice value of the products or components not replaced. Any further warranty, in particular for postage, transport and so-called consequential damages is excluded. We cannot accept any liability for changes or repairs and interventions of any kind which have not been carried out by us or by specialists designated by us; any claim under guarantee shall therefore lapse.

Complaints must be made within 8 days of arrival of the goods, otherwise the delivery is deemed approved. Consignments with possible transport damages are to be accepted with reservation and to be reported to the respective transport company within the legal period for the purpose of recording the facts.

We reserve the right to deviate from illustrations, weights and measurement tables if this proves expedient in the execution of the order.

We reserve the right of ownership of the delivered products until full payment of the purchase price.
